Description:Members of the ARF family are subjected to myristoylation at the N-terminal glycine residue, a lipid co-translational modification that appears essential for functional activity. This myristoylated ARF-6 is a strong inhibitor of calcium-evoked catecholamine secretion and phospholipase D activation in chromaffin cells, the non-myristoylated ARF-6 (cat# 60782) and the myristolated ARF-1 (cat# 60781) have mimimal effects.

The packaging of the product may have turned upside down during transportation, resulting in the natural compounds adhering to the neck or cap of the vial. take the vial out of its packaging and gently shake to let the compounds fall to the bottom of the vial. for liquid products, centrifuge at 200-500 RPM to gather the liquid at the bottom of the vial. try to avoid loss or contamination during handling.

2. Stability of peptides have no uniform standards. The stability of each peptide depends on its sequence information. We suggest Lyophilized peptides should be stored at -20 °C. It is recommended that peptides containing methionine, cysteine, or tryptophan residues be stored in oxygen-free atmosphere to avoid oxidation.
