Description:Modified sequence of the gp (209-217) that induces melanoma-reactive cytotoxic T lymphocytes (CTLs) in vitro when used for sensitization of peripheral blood mononuclear cells. It thus presents possibilities of promising novel cancer immunotherapies.

It is recommended that peptides containing methionine, cysteine, or tryptophan residues be stored in oxygen-free atmosphere to avoid oxidation.
